Possible entrant who intends to use the items below is required to get permission from the regional government.
1. Tent / marquee more than 10 x 10m (or more than 100 square metre).
2. Portable cabin.
So please let the organizer know the size (tent / marquee only) and number of use (portable cabin and tent / marquee) by Friday 10 July 2010. The organizer will apply to get permission in place of you.
* Even if you intend to hire from the organizer, you are required to let the organizer know the number and size by the date above.
